Partner & Managing Director
Eva leads operations, strategy, and Academy management at Rubicon. She brings nearly a decade of experience as Chief Financial Officer in private-sector organizations across Prague and Doha. Her earlier career spans international operations and government affairs in Europe, with a Master's in International Relations from Metropolitan University Prague.
Rami Abu Arab, CPA, FCPA
Partner & Lead Instructor
Rami brings 31 years of audit, finance, and consulting experience across the GCC. A Certified Public Accountant (USA) and Fellow of the Association of Certified Public Accountants International (UK), he serves as ACPAI's authorized representative in Qatar. He has held senior finance and policy roles at Doha Islamic Bank and National Leasing Co., and currently leads audit and consultancy at Saoud Bin Nasser CPAs. His training delivery has received formal endorsement from Qatar's Ministry of Social Affairs and Family.
